Smooth and minimise the appearance of hip dips with these pads in no time giving a sleek silhouette for the next special occasion, or a smoother figure in everyday fitted clothes. These are perfect for those wanting a simple short-term solution to get rid of hip dips.
These pads are created to stick to undergarments, and not the skin. This maximises comfort and makes them easier to use.
B Free pads are best worn with firm fitting shorts. We recommend the Tummy + Thigh Shaping Shorts or Ultimate Stay Up Shorts to hold the pads in place provide a smoother figure.
- Measurements: 19cm Width, 27cm Height
- Approximately 1.5cm thick at the fullest point in the centre that tapers towards the edges for a seamless look
- Reusable stick on hip dip pads
- Adhesive is on the outside of the pads so it sticks on to the garment and not the skin for comfort!
Note that this product can also be worn as either a hip or bum enhancer. Simply stick inside the back of the underwear or shaper for a booty boost, or inside the shaping shorts for rounder hips.
B Free Tip: For size 16 and up or those with deep or big hip dips, combining the hip dip smoothing pads with our small Stick On Booty Pads pads to fill any additional gap for a fuller smoother look.

Care Instructions: Hand wash with mild soap. Line dry. Store adhesive side down on plastic sheets provided (once completely air dried).

- $25 Express Shipping in the USA for orders under $189.
In case of return, shipping fees are not refundable.
Ordering and Dispatch Times:
- Standard Shipping: Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days.
- Express Shipping: Orders are dispatched the same or next business day if placed by 1pm Melbourne time.
Orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Moorabbin (3189), Victoria, Australia. Please note that orders are not dispatched on Australian public holidays.
Tracking Your Order: Once your order is placed, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your parcel through the link provided by email.
If there are significant delays and you have not received your parcel, please contact the delivery provider through your tracking link. If you have further concerns, please complete our submit a request form and select “Delivery and Shipping”.
