How to arrange delivery for a 'Pickup in Store' order

If you have already placed an order and selected the method 'Click & Collect', your parcel will be prepared for collection at 686A South Road, Moorabbin VIC. Please note that our pick up timings are 7:30am-4:00pm from Monday to Thursday, and 7:30am-2:00pm on Friday (excluding Victorian and national public holidays)
 
If you are unable to pick up your order, and require your parcel to be shipped, please follow the process below to arrange delivery for your order.
 
Step 1
Add the product 'Ship My Order' to your cart. Note that this product is free. You will be charged for the shipping separately at checkout.


Step 2
Click 'checkout' and follow the steps to input your contact and shipping details. You can choose to log in to your account here if you prefer.


Step 3
At the 'shipping method' section of checkout, select your preferred method. You can choose from either $10 Standard Shipping or $15 Express Shipping. 


Step 4
Complete payment using the method of your choice.
 
Once your payment is complete you will receive an email with your order confirmation.  Once our warehouse has dispatched your parcel (we will ship your order that has been waiting for pickup in store), you will receive an email with your tracking number.
