Ordering and Dispatch Times:

With the high volume of orders, please see below the current estimated timelines. We apologise for the delay and suggest ordering early to give your parcel the best chance of arriving before Christmas.

  • Standard Shipping: Total dispatch and delivery time is 10-14 business days.
  • Express Shipping: Total dispatch and delivery time is 7-10 business days.

Orders are dispatched either from our warehouse in Moorabbin (3189), Australia or our warehouse in Oklahoma, USA. Please note that orders are not dispatched on Australian and US public holidays.
