Care Instructions: After use, we recommend rinsing the undies in cold water until it runs clear (as hot water can set the stain), hand wash or pop them in the washing machine. For heavier flow days, you can do a pre-wash step by first soaking the pad in cold water with a drop of tea tree oil to sanitise. Line dry (as dryer may dramatically reduce the leakproof functionality).
Please note that this product is not eligible for returns due to hygiene reasons.

Ordering and Dispatch Times:
With the high volume of orders, please see below the current estimated timelines. We apologise for the delay and suggest ordering early to give your parcel the best chance of arriving before Christmas.
- Standard Shipping: Total dispatch and delivery time is 10-14 business days.
- Express Shipping: Total dispatch and delivery time is 7-10 business days.
Orders are dispatched either from our warehouse in Moorabbin (3189), Australia or our warehouse in Oklahoma, USA. Please note that orders are not dispatched on Australian and US public holidays.
